We’re serious about nutrition. Each week our chefs create a delicious new menu packed with the highest quality ingredients and superfoods.

All our meals are gluten and dairy-free and we use organic produce whenever possible

Our Saptha meals:

• Never frozen or canned
• Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar
• Well balanced, with lean proteins for muscle, complex carbohydrates for energy, and fibrous vegetables for metabolism
• Low in sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat
• Tasty and satisfying

For a Saptha breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack the total calories is:

Small Size: 1350 Calories / Day

• Breakfast: 300 Calories / Lunch: 400 Calories / Dinner: 400 Calories / Snack: 250 Calories 

Large Size: 1800 Calories / Day

• Breakfast: 350 Calories / Lunch: 600 Calories / Dinner: 600 Calories / Snack: 250 Calories 

Please Note: Protein levels in vegetarian and vegan plans may be lower than in meat-based options, as plant proteins differ naturally.This is also for the calories.

The Plan Duration

• You can choose any number of days, with minimum of 3 days.
• You can follow your plan for 5 days/week. By purchasing 10 days, that's equivalent to 2-week plan, and 20 days equivalent to 4 weeks.
• Your paid days can be used as you wish, you can skip day(s), cancel... with 36-hour notice.

Delivery Fee

• For any address in Bangkok metropolitan the delivery is 90 baht per day.
• Outside of Bangkok metropolitan please contact our team to determine the delivery fee.
• Any order of meal plan exceed 28 days (or 4 weeks), delivery is totally free.
